Aprons for working chefs
Working as a cook for so many years has put me through some seriously stressful and uncomfortable situations. I sometimes work 16 hours a day for several consecutive days.
An apron hanging around the neck seems like nothing when you put it on, but after a while you realize it’s quite uncomfortable.
I reached out to my sister and her designer husband Wahid to help me design an apron for real chefs that we could make right here in the USA. A few days later Wahid had already made a first draft. Over the next few weeks we tested some different patterns and a short time later we had our design.
